Items for sale in Scratch and Dent are genuine Tupperware but are not guaranteed to be in packaging and may have a few scratches.

Items have never been used in a kitchen or to store food in any way. They have been scratched or bumped or taken out of packaging and not returned as new with care and attention.

These are the only listings where we don't officially accept returns however if the product arrives faulty or completely BROKEN as opposed to minor scratches then please make contact as we will happily offer you a refund in this case.
